To confirm your emergency booking a £60 security deposit is required. This reserves your priority slot and guarantees one of our expert electricians will attend your job promptly. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice and does not cover the full first hour rate.
Emergency Call-Out Rates:
Rates vary depending on the time of your emergency:
• Weekdays (8am–6pm): £120
• Evenings (6pm–10pm): £155
• Nights, Weekends & Bank Holidays (10pm–8am): £225
Work beyond the first hour is billed in 15 minute increments and any additional labour or materials will be fully itemised for complete transparency.
